# Go Live Checklist
When you’re done developing your integration and you’re ready to go live, refer to this checklist to make sure you cover all the critical steps. Some checklist items are only applicable for specific integrations. Before you can process live donations, you need to submit to an integration review. You will be issued with production credentials on successful completion.
# ✅ Description of the donation flow
Follow the FTC's guidelines (opens new window) on donation form design. These guidelines overlap with the guidelines of most card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, etc). We suggest you adopt the following concise disclosure:
# Suggested description:
Your donation will be made to a donor advised fund at <FOUNDATION NAME>, registered in <COUNTRY NAME>, with a recommendation that they make a corresponding grant to <CAUSE NAME>. Donations are non-refundable. <ACRONYM OF THE FOUNDATION NAME> disburses donations to recipient charities once a month. <CAUSE NAME> will receive your donation, minus transaction fees. By continuing, you agree to our <Terms of Use>.
# ✅ Customer service contact information and FAQ
Donors should be able to find multiple contact methods on your site. Low-friction communication is key to providing a good customer experience and heading off misunderstandings early on, helping to avoid disputes. The need to handle individual donor contacts can be mitigated by offering the donor a quality FAQ where they can self-serve rather than opening a support ticket.
# ✅ Instructive error message
You can reduce friction in the checkout process, and reduce incoming support requests, by telling the donor how to resolve any error states they encounter.
# ✅ Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Make sure to provide adequate term of use & privacy policy.
